Anxiety is a bee-otch. Just sayin'.
Who the heckers knows why... could be everything from work, kids, no lovin', f'ing weight gain, uninpired to continue.... but I did do something different. I went for a brisk walk. Yea, me.

FD, you are doing so wonderfully!! I cannot believe the difference in you since you started on here in April. You have lost so much and changed so many things. And good for you for the brisk walk. Much better than the other option!! Hang in there, buddy!! This will pass!

I hope so... i feel like spewing hate everywhere right now...meh. I feel like such a brat... I swear... if I wasn't the sole provider for my kids... ... well it's times like this I wish Pot was legal! (insert scream here) I'm getting ready to log off for the night... I like to be encouraging on here... and I just don't have it. It will pass...thanks, Steph.

I'm 365 and just starting on my weight loss journey. The task seems insurmountable and I've been very depressed. I am now where you were before you got started. Whatever you have going on, just remember how you felt as a person in March. As an anxiety sufferer, don't let stress get you back in the "vicious cycle" again. Push past it, brother.

Hang in there FD!! We all have those moments and everyone has a right to their feelings. Taking a walk probably helped cool you off. It's hard to stay angry when you're sweatin'!! At least it is for me. Maybe a few shots to a punching bag if you have one around. I'd love to get one in my garage for me to work out and release some tension! HUGS!!

Thanx for the words... it helps to put it "out there" appreciate you peeps...@gavin.. you are right... i don't want to go back. I don't want to medicate with food... well I do... but I ain't gonna... going to bed.... and hopefully won't wake up a cranky so and so.

Sorry you are having a stressful time right. Wish there was something I could do, but sorry - no lovin' here (as I am a happily married woman). lol. But hey, if what you are doing isn't making things better, do something new. Maybe it's time you start going out, or join a gym.

Well FD keep letting yourself know it is worth it. Think about all the things you can do now that were so difficult when you started. As you continue your weight loss you will continue to find more benefits. Going on that walk is a great stress buster.
