I can't get out of this rut. It's depressing. I don't have the self discipline I had when I started this back in August. It has to be the food because I have been killing myself at the gym semi-frequently. I know I'd have better results if I went more regularly, but going at all has to be better than not going. Going at all should not have me gaining weight. I don't know what to do with myself. Moving this week, so there is more physical activity, and less time being lazy on the couch this week. Maybe that will help.
