A typical bottle of wine is 4.33 servings. I don't have a Trader Jo's. is their wine a different serving? (And I've been known to take one of those bad boys at a game night-no shame)

Rosie Im guessing it was typical, i got four healthy size glasses. I bought a couple cases and I can’t even remember which brand that I opened Lol! It was a dry white I know.

I had the simpler peach white wine from Trader Joe’s. 5 g of carbs 130 calories. I think it can fit into a keto diet.

How you enjoy it more than I did. I’m more of a red wine drinker but my friend loooooooved it.

Moopie- I have always been a sweet red wine lover, but I’ve found the dry whites work best with my new way of eating. We have a lot of muscadine grape vineyards here, and the sweet reds are my favorite, but I have been strong! Lol!
