This is why I keep a journal...When I did my weekly weigh in I thought I stayed the same weight and was somewhat disappointed. Then when I looked at my fatsecret weight journal I realized I actually lost 3lbs. Considering I had company for the weekend, and I have had to cook, eat out and only got one workout in, I'm STOKED! I forgot when I weighed how much I weighed last time.:D
