Ate snacks at mom's house during the game yesterday, but tried to keep it reasonable. Had a protein bar for supper since my calories were high. So my weight is stable, which is tolerable. I feel like I haven't lost control yet. Going to a sushi restaurant for lunch today and then to see the movie Joker this afternoon.
Haven't been to the gym since Wednesday, so I walked my dog for about a mile yesterday and today since the temps have been in the 70s in the morning. We actually had the first rain in weeks last night.
I'm feeling pretty good overall. When I eat less, I have more energy. My knees still feel pretty good. No neck, hip or lower back pain lately either.
