I had too many calories yesterday but that was from eating out and eating with mom. So I'll cut back today for sure. Must try to make it to the gym too despite heavy work load. Yesterday was the first time mom has been to a theater to see a movie since Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981. We enjoyed Downton Abbey, even though it was corny, as my sis noted. Had a little trouble getting mom up and down the one short flight of stairs to her recliner seat. The height of each step was almost too much for her. Thank goodness I brought the wheelchair, even though she protested.
Woke up at 5:30 feeling pretty rested. I don't feel too bloated despite a slight increase in weight. My joints feel pretty good, even my neck.
