Tidied around the house yesterday and was too worn out to do my work projects. My right lower back, knees, and hips were crunchy and arthritic. So I got up at 5 to try to catch up this morning. Gotta work as fast as possible so I can go to mom's tonight to watch DWTS.
My body seems stuck at the set point of 196.2. Of course, I didn't stick to a strict diet this weekend, but I'll make up for it this week. Except for Thursday when we go eat with mom.
