So it's 90 here and it's so hot it's hard to be enthusiastic about walking my baby. my COPD makes it so hard to stay out there for more than 10 to 15 minutes. lunch was a chef salad with lo-cal Italian dressing. This is going on week #3 for me. I'm trying to stay motivated.
