Not overeating, but have slipped up on some breads and sweets. I don't feel out of control yet. Today's Super Bowl day, so we need to come up with a healthy plan to avoid caving in to pizza or wings. I've been craving crunchy lettuce, so maybe something like lettuce wraps would satisfy our snacking urge during the game.
