Let me just say, trying to get back in the saddle is more of a challenge than staying in the saddle. I'm having to fight the battle of chucking it all for the sake of mac and cheese. LOL! Honestly...having an issue with an appetite. I eat 2-4 bites and feel full. I am choosing descent...having trouble with getting my water in too. My calories are down...feeling clogged up.. i want to eat sweets...but know it won't satisfy. But I'm gonna continue working it... makes a little nervous of what life will look like on the other side of the weight loss. BUT I need to get there first. HA! Appreciate ya'll! -Steve p.s. craving a Mojito something fierce

Find some Baja Bob's Mojito mix! There's a sugar free one and most hard alcohol is carb free. Except for the fresh lime, it would be carb free!

When I ate stuff I shouldn't have I had to go back to Induction for a few days to get my cravings under control. It was a battle for a few days.

The problem with these sugar free drinks is that we still crave sugar. CUT out the sweet tasting stuff and do induction for a few days...I'm going through the same stuff...thinking I can move into OWL and then I'm outta control...We have a sugar addition and our bodies could care less how we get them...but what they really need is the quality food/fat/protein...Are we in control of our own bodies? Or are our bodies in control of us????
