I've lost about 5 pounds since changing the menu on 7/2. That's good progress. I even went to the movies yesterday and skipped the popcorn and coke. (Midsommar - very disturbing and I plan to watch it again when it hits Netflix.) Haven't been feeling as tempted by junk food and carbs. The first few days were hardest; I even had headaches and dizziness, but not sure if that was from sugar detox or sleep apnea. If sleep apnea, hopefully that will get better as I lose weight around my gut.

coco, if you are eating low carb, the headaches and dizziness are likely from low electrolytes. Have a cup or two of salty broth or bouillon, or try some Gatorade Zero, and the dizziness and headaches should go away. The body sheds salt when eating low carb, I use LiteSalt and NoSalt, to keep sodium and potassium in balance.
