I am not exactly starting again but changing up how I do things. The diet calendar in Fat Secret is really amazing. I just discovered it. I think it will make a huge difference! Good luck!

me to i lost 40lb (or so)last go around using FS and gained it almost all back over a 2yr period....we got this!! good luck stay strong!
