Weight 181; fasting blood sugar 189. Plan today: Ate breakfast at 9:00 but added bread and graham cracker to it. Will fast until supper at 6:00 pm, drink water and iced tea. Putting my tea, gallon pitcher in fridge this morning to measure intake today.
