Hello!
It has been the better part of a year since I last posted. I got discouraged. My weight loss stalled and I gained a bit back. My lowest weight is the 186.8 lbs but today I am at 193 lbs. My weight has been fluctuating between 195 and 191 and it is like the big beach ball that spins on the screen.
I am amping up the effort to break this stall and I want to drop another 20 lbs. I would love to get most of that by my birthday (August 10th) if possible.
I have reset the KETO Macros-- 1361 Calories, 30g Carbs, 68g Protein, and 108g Fat. Well--even though this is the suggestion for me to reach a goal weight of 175 Lbs I somehow doubt it is extreme enough. For now--I will shoot for these numbers and see what happens.
