@ keyten77 absolutely😊❤️ Keto does change craving for carbs but at the same time I’m not strict Keto, some weeks yes others, no. I love Mediterranean style cooking. @Rosio, and yes a calorie deficit ❤️ I said from the beginning I do a little of everything and I do because so many of you guys do different things and all inspired me so I play with all the tricks. I’m most grateful for the woe I learned and not beating myself up about not following through at 💯 of the time with Keto rules or any rules. I love my woe and I don’t feel like I’m dieting and that’s the best part!! I changed the way I feel about food and changed I guess the connection with brain sand hunger

I have not been on much since Tuesday. Things are not perfect with the situation I’m going through. In hindsight, I layed low because it’s way too much, but I also didn’t binge eat. I logged everything. Sure I ate things not typical for me but I held myself accountable and logged it all. It’s finals week and I’m a normal person with my own children, an adult child and my two nieces and nephew and I’m not strong. I’m completely exhausted and broken and not ok. I guess not binging is huge for me.

I totally keep my healthy Daves killer bread in the freezer. It works out well for me when I need it. I was finding it was going out of date before.
