Tough weekend.. I just couldnt seem to get satisfied. AND was soooo drawn to the binge side of things... just wanted to eat eat eat. Tomorrow is weigh in day... we shall see how bad. I just had a hard time writing or measuring things... it will past... but still.. Oy.

Sometimes the hungries have nothing to do with the food, am I right? One good thing about this website - connecting with people who are and have been in the same place.
