Good day! Lost 1.2 pounds (yes, FullaBella, I had a good you know what, lol) of the gain I recorded yesterday. Went for a fasting blood draw this morning, and I should have the results in a few days; curious about cholesterol levels and all.

Yesterday's doctor visit was excellent ; I'd lost 15 pounds since my last visit, my BP was 104/68, and my doctor was happy for me, as well as very helpful. I'm adding yogurt back into my diet to try fixing tummy troubles, then probiotics if that doesn't help. Adjusting nerve pain medication to decrease pain. Got my flu shot. Ordered all sorts of blood work, gave me the name of a good dermatologist for my partner to see, and more; I have the best doctor!

I've had my coffee & breakfast and am ready for my Silver Sneakers class, though I'm really sore from my two Zumba classes yesterday.

Congrats on your Dr Visit going well. Thats always nice. I miss having a good Dr. Be cautious with the probiotics. I bought some bars that had them in it and it made me obscenely gassy! I am a typical rude male, but even I did not enjoy those effects! lol It was bad.
