so 4lbs left....holding breath to see if it's water or actual gain. will find out! happy 7 is gone...even though its just water i still feel the weight of it. anyways...i didnt go to the gym this week...crazy for me...started with the fact that i stayed up too late meal prepping sunday night but then my gym partner canceled tuesday so i just stayed home...but now im studying for a big test thursday so been staying up for that (keep in mind i have to get up ay 415am to go to the gym). anyways....been a horrible week....prayers for my test thursday are appreciated...its for a huge promotion with the same company I'm with now...would be life changing!
