133.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not bad!! Shoulders and back are getting stronger. Taking it easy on my legs, but I've gained mobility in my hips back haha! Waist and lower tummy is getting trim, and I've got more def in my arms... Pretty sure they're as big as my hubs now. How about you??

Thanks man 😭😭😭 really means a lot. I'll post another maybe when I get down to 130lbs. I'm just not an avid body poster lol. I lack confidence in that aspect. I prefer chunky yet hidden for now 😂😂😂.

So far I've added a lost more static stretches to my daily routine and working in more dynamic stretches in the beginning on my workouts.

Hey Chris, so stretching had actually helped a lot with muscle soreness (I get the doms hard) and especially my hip. I've gained mobility back without it giving out!! Always a plus for an ok lady like me. So I've been doing dynamic stretches before to increase heart rate and warm up, then static stretches after.

Good to hear!! I wish I could do 1 pull up 😭😭😭. But I'm working at it haha. Ever since I messed up my shoulder, I've been grinding to slowly get back strength. Good news it hasn't dislocated in a year and a half tho! Yeah idk the older I get the more I realize unless I want to be stuck on a lifetime prescription of ibuprofen, I have to start stretching lolol.

I think the thing that's most discouraging me from posting update pics is my lower tummy fat. Even when I was around 90lbs I still had a little line under the mini pooch lol. Got dang genetics 😭😭😭, but hopefully eating cleaner is helping. Still have it tho.

I think it's a little bit of both. If I just ate carbs at a valoroc deficit, I'd still lose weight, but store the excess in fat. If I ate more balanced, especially more fiber in veggies and fruits, with more protein I tend to lose more fat even if I lose weight slower. Might just be how my body is.

That's incredible!! For me most of the carbs I like to eat... Are crap foods 😭😭😭 (& by crap I mean pizza rolls and a whole Lil Caesars deep dish in one sitting). But I've been doing good breaking the habit and adding in more whole grains/beans/etc. Fiber is my biggest challenge so far, I'll get 20g on a good day.
