Feeling really good these past few days! Starting out the day with a good bowl of overnight oats made savory with onions, cilantro, salt, pepper, cayenne, basil, and molasses. Super yummy!
144.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
