OK, time to get back to basics! After I returned from the cruise I felt complacent because I only gained .7 lbs. Now I have to lose 7 lbs from Christmas/New Years indulgences. Today I'm back to Beef & Butter. Started off day with Keto coffee with whipped cream. For lunch it will be hamburger and butter, with Keto coffee for late afternoon snack while at work. If I can get through today staying on track, I think I can the rest of the week. Holiday celebrations are over, now I need to celebrate losing again.
