Went to a wine tasting out of the blue on Saturday and really enjoyed it, but all those empty calories have spiked my weight to 64.4kg this morning. Of course I also ate whatever I wanted and didn't track yesterday, but am back to tracking today and did a toning leg workout this morning. Will also go for a walk to the shops just before lunch. Took my monthly measurements - 85cm bust, 78cm waist and 94cm hips - quite happy with that so don't mind the weight fluctuation so much.
