Yesterday was a lift day. All went well until I started snacking at midnight. This morning I found myself over my body fat goal for the first time since I started tracking my body fat percentages. I'm still adapting to focusing on body fat instead of weight. I ate "poorly" at 137% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .3% Over goal by .2%
