Supposedly, every person loses weight differently with IF. Some people get a whoosh effect in the beginning and lose tons and tons of weight, some water weight and some body fat. Other people don't see results for a while and then all of a sudden the weight starts coming off.
Well, I got the whoosh effect in the beginning. And now, after over 4 months of IF, I got my first big weight loss.
Last month: October 2018 Weight 156.5 lbs Body Fat 38 %
This month: November 2018 Weight 151 lbs Body Fat 38 %
Really though, I did do something different recently. I took the author's Dr. Ori Hofmekler's advise: I changed my window to the end of the day and have tried to do OMAD when I am able to. I also switched from 16:8 to 18:6. It's working. My body is happy and losing weight. Well, well, well. :D
