I NEVER thought that I would be down under 200lbs again, or be comfortable with my body, or the pain would ever go away.. but it did! just by eating right and my occupation as a CNA (your walk isn't a walk, it's a run haha) and pushing through and never giving up I have almost achieved my goal!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
