I had a very good day and was very aware and careful with food choices. By evening, I still hadn't completed all my calories, so I really splurged.... and it wasn't a good thing. I really didn't feel the NEED to eat and wasn't hungry.... but I started snacking. Live and learn... if I haven't completed my calorie count... no worries... it's ok! I felt physically uncomfortable and emotionally let-down.
Now that I am past that hurdle.... the evening snacking is not going to be so out-of-line from now on!
And some of my food choices have to be more nutritional, which means I will be planning ahead this week!
I have learned my lesson!!!!
