I have noticed a pattern of eating late since I have been cooking for myself. Also, I haven't been to the gym this week. I have been too busy working on the "Honey Do" list my wife left behind. The extra recovery time hasn't been a bad thing. Yesterday I ate under goal but didn't meet my protein goal and I met all activity goals. BF up .1%
