Fasting a.m. BS = 172 ; weight 174.3. Spent two hours deep cleaning stove and oven. That tells me my sciatic is almost back to normal!! That is a labor intensive job! Checked my BS after I finished that job = 124 at 3:45 pm. Calories = 1817 still too high and so are net carbs, 34.54, but macros are reasonable 72/11/17. Have been listening to Dr. Ken Berry. He says not to worry about calories, so I won't. I will just concentrate on making sure I get enough fat in the macros. He also said I can eat as much as I want of asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, kale, celery, cucumbers, and Brussels sprouts. But I notice when I eat those the carb count goes high. I am obviously missing something important here.
