Fasting a.m. BS = 186; weight = 172.4 same as yesterday. Sciatic pain level was moderate and was able to sleep last night, but up several times. Today I will consciously include foods in every meal that are magnesium rich, and still try to keep the fat level up. Not going to worry overmuch about calories.Taking my Natural Calm magnesium supplement and a multi-vitamin plus all those prescribed meds for diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, congestive heart failure! Will try a 10-15 minute walk. Keeping moving is important for sciatic, even though you'd just as soon stay still. Sitting at the computer is bad news! Yaay! I managed a 15 minute walk today!Enjoyed the company of a squirrel until my dog Hank realized I was walking again and came galloping along. I don't know what this particular squirrel finds so interesting on the road, but he is always out challenging the cars that pass. Totals: 1832 cals; 74/14/12 macros; 41.74 net carbs

sorry this is not easing up yet, you don't like chiroprators?? It just takes a couple sessions for me when it won't heal on its own. I have tennis balls I use too. usually I can shift things enough that it eventually stops.

I definitely like chiropractors! I went to mine twice last week, and yes he helped tremendously, but it's not cured yet. I'm seeing great improvement today, between his treatments and making sure I'm getting the magnesium I need.
