Yesterday was sort of a tough day for quantifying what I could eat. I was stuck at a vendor field briefing all day with the only options for food being what they served, buffet style.
Everything was Wolfgang Puck recipes, nothing was really something I could "break down" to its regular ingredients so I'm taking a wild stab at it and while I kept my portion sizes in check I'm pretty sure lunch was over 1000 calories.
And now I've got to go to a wedding tomorrow...
Looks like Saturday will be "get back on track day"
