Woke at 224.0, up 2.2 after our mini-feast with Emily yesterday. UPDATE: Went to work and had nothing but 40 ounces of coffee during the day. Came home at 222.8. Had three of these brats and two hot dogs, plus a some raw veggies and watermelon. OK, had a Coors Light later. But not drinking those again. Absolutely not worth the calories and carbs! Those things can sit in my fridge until someone comes over who will drink them.

Looks really good! I couldn't cook all those and make them last a week. Some things I can be good about portion control. But bacon and sausage - if it's in the house I will OVER eat them!
