Yesterday we had Homecoming Sunday church. As usual we had dinner after the first service before starting the second service. Members supply the side dishes. The church supplies the meat. I could help but to notice the food choices offered. We had candied yams, mac and cheese, potato salad, rice pudding, rolls and many desserts. We were offered only one green vegetable, green beans and also harvard beets. Of course we had the customary fried chicken and ham.
Yesterday I ate under under goal and met all activity goals. BF up .1%
