Thoughts: someone told me recently that I should do my measurements. meaning chest, waist, butt, and thighs to see what I am actually losing in weight. I think it would be a good choice, but I've just been going off what the scary flat box in the floor screams when I stand on it. Is it better to do measurements or is it better to do scale. Thoughts anyone. I guess both would be fine but I've never thought much about it until today.
