@nikeit - I hit the weights hard today. I guess I felt I would be 'punished' if I didn't put in the effort to justify consuming the nearly 1000 calories and 100+ carbs I would normally NEVER consume. I have to admit I totally had the energy for the workout. I MUST get a gym membership later this week, because I increased my reps but Leangains says you are suppose to increase the weight. I can't do that with the dumbbell set I have. I 'could' try to do more than deadlifts with the 50lbs but last time I did that I ended up with 9 months of tennis elbow and $1k in Chiropractor bills...
