I kind of stumbled in a shorter eating window and have found it reignited losing. I'm not to one meal a day but I'd like to get there. Congratulations on your loss this far. You are an inspiration - struggles and all because I've learned every now and then we have to step back and reassess Where We Are and look at our macros and recompute so we can continue to move forward.

Thanks for the encouragement, it has been an up and down journey, learning what works and doesn't work for me....I wish you the best for your health and journey... trying to get back into losing but with methods that fit my lifestyle...
