AM fasting BS 123/ weight 175.8 Traveled to Lubbock today, 8 hr. trip, not much exercise. Fitbit says 4556 steps. Went over calories a little, as well as carbs. Net carbs 33.70; 66/14/20. We brought food from home and ate lunch in a park, but supper was at IHOP -- egg white veggie omelet with seasonal fruit. Can't say tomorrow will be better, in meeting until 3:00 and then drive back home. Food will have to be the best I can do while traveling. Breakfast is hotel free so don't know how that will work out. I'll just have to work harder Sunday and Monday to get back in balance.
