Use the tools available to you. Track your food and your activity. Not for us, but for you! If you don't know what you eat or how much you are eating, if you don't know how much (or how little) you are moving, you won't see the pattern of what needs to change to get the result you want. Most of us want to help you, but you have to help us do that.
