A crazy part of me wants to go to Zumba gold this morning. This is my after-Avonex day; mild flu-like symptoms. If I shower, have some tea & naproxen with my breakfast, I might feel up to going. Or I could take it easy and wait for Wednesday's class; my new Zumba shoes should be here by then. Hmmm, what to do? Turning on shower...

I'll go to class & take it easier; Zumba gold is a slightly toned down version anyway, plus I'll be extra careful of my knees. I think I'll write a thankfulness journal while I'm drinking my coffee.

Zumba gold was cool today; even though it isn't one of my better days, I felt myself "getting it", learning the steps. Plus, I felt good in my new hot pink sports bra & top, lol. I picked up groceries at two stores & I'm making burritos for dinner tonight. Life is good!
