Going to try to keep under 1000 calories today. Rely mostly on eggs and cream cheese. Ooops! Best laid plans ... husband wants to take grandkids to Braums. I will have grilled chicken salad with my own vinegar & oil dressing. Supper turns into egg and bacon! Update -- so I brought home part of the salad to eat with supper. Yay for me! 1000 cals today. It can be done, but the carbs are higher and the fats lower than I'm used to. BS tonight was 141 3 1/2 hrs after eating.
