Still working on getting those calories down. Now that we have ripe cantaloupes and ripe peaches, I need to figure out how to balance the carbs from them, because I am surely going to eat them whenever they are ready!! Yumm! I figured my BS readings for this month. On June 1, when I got serious about Keto, my average was 198.3, or 8.5 A1c. Last week it was 149.9 or A1c 6.8. For this week, it is an average of 140 or 6.5 A1c. I'm going to forget about the pounds and go by the BS for my success measurement!!!
