Made a summer squash stir fry for lunch. Everything came out of the garden except the chicken breast strips and the butter. Stir fry: butter, onions, squash, okra, 2 diced chicken strips. On the side: lettuce (not home raised), cherry tomatoes, cucumber with mayo, vinegar, & spices dressing. I do so love when my garden is producing. Fortunately we have spring and fall gardens, and in between, some summer veggies and the peach orchard. Too bad stir fry never looks as good as it tastes!
