So last night I caved in and broke my fast around 9pm. Oops. Lol. So, to try to restart my IF, I went without eating from 9pm to 2:30 pm. That's 17.5 hours of fasting. So, I ate my meal and decided not to eat any more.
I think I just tried OMAD for the 1st time! I just slipped into it without really trying. Let's see how it works out.
