Frustration! Still not losing. Planned to do intermittent diet today. Had only Keto coffee for breakfast. Decided with husband that I would take him to Spring Creek Barbecue for Father's Day lunch, instead of Sunday. I think this Keto is helping me. I had turkey, green beans, dill pickles and cole slaw. I gave the dinner roll to husband to eat. I didn't even feel bad about skipping it! Even when the bread lady came around with more hot rolls, I didn't mind turning her down.I also gave him part of my turkey -- too big a serving for me.
Mid-afternoon I had a fat bomb, handful of peanuts, Ozarka flavored spring water with half a lemon in it. I still have 440 calories left for supper.
Supper will be leftover fried cabbage from last evening, plus cheese.
