I went on a little vacation to a family reunion for a week at my grandmother's house. I had so much fun, but the fun distracted me from getting on here and tracking everything I've eaten the last couple of days. Whoopsie! I don't think I strayed that far away from what I usually eat. Well to be honest the only real thing I've changed about my habits is actually eating fruits and vegetables. Plus physically getting off my butt and working out. I know that I went walking with my aunt every weekday except yesterday. So I didn't exactley spend the whole time eating and catching up nwith relatives who know me even if I don't know them.
