I'm still flying without a scale. Walking in the Arizona heat is draining even though I try to get out early. We are close to the mountains so there are plenty of hills to climb. I over indulged in the big bowl of chocolates sitting on the kitchen island again. I ended up eating at 109% of goal. I met all activity goals...
