Debating when to start a gaining phase... I’m thinking of August through January again. Last time I put on 10 pounds. But it was a struggle and I didn’t make the best food choices. So this time I’m thinking making much better choices with a 5% surplus for slow steady gains and see what I get 🤷♀️
