So excited to be 235.... that's a HUGE goal achieved. It was on this day last year I committed myself to be under 300lbs within 1 year. At the time I was still around 400bs ... and I thought it would be a dream to lose that 100... now I'm about to lap it as I'm closing in on 200lbs lost...

For those asking how.... I ate right around 1k calories per day in that entire year and averaged 3,000 yards per day in the pool. Not 3,000 gentle yards.. but 3,000 yards between zone 2 and 4.... Somedays I swam over 6k yards... Or 3.5 miles if you prefer.
