BrendaElaine: what type of diet are you on? Low carb/ high fat keto type is what I’ve been doing. It has worked quite well...when I stall it helps to up my fat intake and lower my carbs even more. And alternating calorie intake has helped me...some low days some high to keep things varied. I also do 16:8 intermittent fasting some days. Hang In there and try varying some things and see if it helps get your weight moving again! Good luck!

Amazing Work !!! See your efforts are paying off.....Your ability to change your mindset helps. If your husband, I , or others can't push you further, Keep thinking of your upcoming trip -----this should keep you motivated and little more ambitious..... I know you can do it, can't wait to see some more pics of your progress. Got an answer for the husband not going to the gym....leave the little one at home with him and you get your newly fine, well shaped ### there !!!!! Oops I said to much (haha) Takes a few times to settle in, but once you've gone a few times --you'll be glad you did.
