So today I put lemon juice in my tea instead of honey, but I think it was too much because it was not very good. I thought "great, the first thing I put in my mouth today isn't worth it!" I put some stevia in it and it was at least drinkable. I have to drink it or I will get a headache. I've always suffered from headaches. When I was a teen, I had headaches everyday. They tried to give me all kinds of antidepresants but they only made my emotions crazy. I believe my oral birth control was making my headaches extremely worse. Off the pill I only get headaches around "that time of the month." Well I am still gaining weight and I am not happy! So I plan on eating a huge pile of vegetables everyday for lunch until I can gain some control. I always binge at the end of the day, before dinner or while I'm making dinner. I try to work out before dinner so that I won't eat but it doesn't always work too well. A lot of times I will hunt for junk food after dinner. I don't know what to do?
