Very dissappointed in my weigh-in today. I had expected to have lost some weight, but not so. My weight is the same, although I do note some water retention today. Hopefully, next week will be better, and if not I will have to choose another weight loss method. I was sure this was the diet, due to the fact I did so well last week.
